Hello Ian…

I’ve had this idea for a while that in a modern reincarnation of Sherlock (not necessarily BBC), Male!Adler would be a gay porn star, and his blackmail is against the influential leader of an ex-gay movement.  And he just wants to abscond with his fiance to a country where they can be lawfully wed, but he needs financial security and political leverage to do that.

And I want this to be how it goes down in Elementary.

ETA- I realize the wedding plot point is kind of irrelevant if it’s set in New York, but maybe they’re escaping for other reasons too.  Idk.
